General Contracting includes providing all of the supervision, material, labor, equipment, engineering, and related services necessary for the construction of the project. Depending on the trade this is done either directly through our own Labor Force or by hiring specialized subcontractors .

Civil Defense Approved Fire Retardant Cladding

Vibes Construction is one of the rare Contractors that is Civil Defense Approved for the installation of Fire retardant Cladding on Facades. This includes Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and cement board cladding among others. We have trained and developed an experienced team that Specializes in these works and is an approved applicator for prevailing systems in the industry

Management Services

We provide Construction management where Clients want to take advantage of substantial savings in individual trade packages. We assist with the selection and execution of trade contracts, acting as the Owner’s agent during construction. We provide overall management of the site and construction activities.
